Narrative
This distribution center project was announced in August 2005. As of early 2007, the project was still undergoing environmental review. The city's development manager said no incentives have been discussed with the company, but the site it chose is part of an enterprise zone. This will qualify it for a variety of state tax benefits, the value of which cannot be estimated before the facility is in operation.
