Narrative
The city obtained a grant from the state Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development to fund $1.9 million of roadwork necessary for the operation of the distribution center. Additionally, the city used $700,000 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in order to construct water and sewer infrastructure for the project site.
