Narrative
This distribution center project was announced in December 2005. As of early 2007, the project was still undergoing environmental review. The city's manager of economic development said no incentives have been discussed with the company, but the site it chose turned out to be part of an enterprise zone. This will qualify it for a variety of state tax benefits, the value of which cannot be estimated before the facility is in operation.
