Narrative
According to the Arizona Star (March 17, 2006), in March 2006 voters approved a 45 percent sales tax rebate for the new Oro Valley Marketplace development worth up to $23.2 million. The new development will be anchored by the new Supercenter and another big box facility, so we attributed half of the subsidy to each.
